Um, surprise! Well, for us that is, really. Not only is this the big announcement for everyone else (that's the bonus for being a blog-reader!), but as you can see in the picture, yes, there are two heads. And two heartbeats. And four feet kicking me in the bladder. And we just discovered it this morning at the ultrasound. We had only heard one heartbeat before. But nope - it's identical twin boys. I don't have much else to say on the subject right now because I'm still a little in shock. The due date is in March, but they'll be coming in February it looks like.

Even more uncanny, I was going to blog last week about how we were so excited and already going through shock for my BFF, Brooke, who is due a week before me and just found out she is having identical twin boys!! What are the chances??!?!

Heaven help me with three boys!!!!

Holy cow!!! Congratulations and lots of good luck! Adam and I were just talking about you guys and wondering if you were thinking of having a baby while you were there! I hope everything goes well and they are wonderful, quiet, sleepy boys!

What!!?? Congratulations! Did I miss this announcement somehow??? Wow. I am almost speechless. You are both going to be fine with three boys--especially if they are as sweet as Cash.

When I read Julie's comment I suddenly was reminded of Virginia's family, except they were flipped... twin boys and VA very close after. She said it was a little crazy for her mom. But, wow they're going to be fun little boys. And then when the twins grow up... instant roommates with my boys. :)

Well, all I can say is that I love having 3 boys...but then again, I had mine one at a time! Seriously, you'll be great keeping up with 3 little boys. I have always been amazed at how much you can do all at once. Good Luck!...How are you feeling?

Thanks, Jenn, for letting us all see your wonderful news. I'm sure gramma will have to retire now to travel to you. We remember the Knowlton twins that made 3 boys under 1. It's wonderful. So happy for you. (But if she retires, I do as well; we can both come visit and help.) I had to have 3 boys before I got my girl--perhaps next year you can get your girl! Love, Gayle Bailey

Twin boys? WOW! How exciting! I think I would be in shock too, especially if up until now you only thought it was one. Well congratulations! Such wonderful news!

Jen, I am so dang jealous. It has been my dream for so long to have twins. I wanted them to be last so no one would have to be the last child at home like I was. If you don't want them. I'll take them. That would also save me from having to get pregnant. Think about it. And tell Ryan he's poopy.

Oh. My. GOSH! Seriously...holy cow! I'm totally speechless!
You'll be great though! The first couple of years will be tough and then the rest will be cake!
Congratulations!

I think I would wet myself if I saw that on the ultrasound (although I usually feel like that anyhow with all the water for the ultrasound)...and yet very cool at the same time. Way to knock them out all at once! Not a bad plan...any tips??
Tell Ry- strong work!!

Congratulations, Jennie! Amazing! What fun! It's midnight and we just heard your mom's message to check out your blog--too late to call and congratulate grandma.
Love to all of you from the Eggertsens.

We didn't find out until 20 weeks that we were having twins... I can still remember the shock that Tanya was in. She thought I had her on a hidden camera show or something. Congrats again!

You provided us great entertainment at dinner last night, as Josh and I tried to come up with 2 other names that went with Cash:
Cash, Dollar, Bill
Cash, Bill, Rich
...oh I could go on, but I won't...! Congratulations! If anyone can do this with style, grace and good hair (if you haven't pulled it all out!), it's Jen!!!
