Resolutions....what?

I decided to bag New Years Resolutions this year. Instead of beating myself up about all the things I'm doing or not doing that are going to mess up my kids someday, I'm just going to give them all one of these this year and call it good -     :)

I bagged them also - like mother like daughter! I figured I always have in my mind what I am trying to do today, this week, this month, and this year - who needs more than that? Perhaps things would move along more smoothly if I was more specific, but why waste the time.

Just getting through one day at a time is often the best plan. And at age 72, who wants to hurry too much if 1 in 3 people my age fall each year.

Loved the Piggy Bank!

Haha! Yep, that about covers it! Especially since college will be so astronomically expensive by the time they get there, that you might as well just do the tithing and mission and hope for some financial aid miracle!

we are so on the same page... I have been threatening therapy for a while now. This time no more threats. We're signing up. THE WHOLE FAMILY! You're awesome. I love how real you are (and what an amazing mother you REALLY are)!

Love it! We bagged the resolution thing too. Instead we did a family 'bucket list' for the year. It seemed much more realistic to strive for the family memories than some kind of self help evaluation that's forgotten in a day.

ps-the therapy is totally worth it! haha

I did a generic resolution, but extremely reachable:
Make this year better than last year.
Although, I do like previous poster's "family bucket list."
I need to make one of those!!
