Too big

This is to give you an idea of just how much the little baby outgrew his clothes while we were on vacation - this picture was on the flight home.  I left here with a 4 month old baby - the biggest clothes I took were 6-12 months. I had no idea that wouldn't be enough.  These same pajamas he burst through in July were the same ones the twins were still wearing at Christmas (they were born the same time of year - end of February).  My kids are all big, but so far Diesel takes the cake.

Family fun

Just got back from a fantastic summer full of family and good times.  I'll have to catch it all up sometime, but in the meantime, here was our totally raw attempt at a "one-take" video that my brother-in-law put together.  (And you can see we totally didn't make it in one take!) Probably more amusing if you know our family.  :)

Baby boom

I always manage to have babies the same time as everyone else (always spring/summer - apparently it's historically survival of the fittest - more babies are born during spring summer months because of better chances of survival I've heard? Or maybe that's if you were a caveman?)  Anyhow, we had another boom recently and these were taken after church one day.

I love pictures of lots of babies.  Poking each others eyes out, falling on each other, and our little guy putting the moves on already.

Gymnastics

The kids took gymnastics a while ago in Miami (pictured).  Then they took it again in Utah this summer, and they also took swimming while we were here.  Cash, of course was a stellar student, but it was funny that teachers from both classes commented on the twins' differences.  The gymnastics teacher said, "I had trouble telling them apart at first, but soon realized Ashton is the one off in his own world while Phoenix is really focused and trying to do it right."  The swimming teacher (probably after a few of Ashton's tantrums) said she too had trouble telling them apart until they figured out Ashton "is the more dramatic one."
