One thing ...I completely agree and could add a few. One thing that makes me sad to say is that I DO NOT appreciate their little smiles after I feed them in the middle of the night. Because that means they are fully awake and coherent enough to recognize me and smile. Even though the smiles are super cute, I have to turn them over on their tummies right away to stop them from interacting too much that they won't go back to sleep for awhile. The Spendloveshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17570152169192699105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-87169042707382355772008-05-19T19:12:00.000-05:002008-05-19T19:12:00.000-05:00you crack me up. steele magnolias- such a great mo...you crack me up. steele magnolias- such a great movie, nice imagery!lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01079756058366447255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-69368196127034377422008-05-19T18:05:00.000-05:002008-05-19T18:05:00.000-05:00I am so with you on those dumb birds. They really ...I am so with you on those dumb birds. They really need their internal clocks examined. Unfortunately, we deal with I-80 behind us as well. I hate semis too! I'm sorry to head about your mother-in-law. You've made far too many plane rides with those kids already. Props to you!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03101891927359513014noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-3886720618820530192008-05-18T23:05:00.000-05:002008-05-18T23:05:00.000-05:00I really wish we could hang out some time because ...I really wish we could hang out some time because we have so much in common. =) You are me this time last year. I wish I could say the twin thing gets easier or that the twin comments stop but they don't. I have pretty much come to terms with the fact that I will be forever exhausted, half looney, and that I will be stopped by some nosey person every time I leave the house. One plus side (there are others too) is that once they become active, the pounds just drop off. I have lost 10lbs in recent months just from chasing them around. I do have to say that I am totally impressed by you...still breastfeeding...hats off to you. I can tell that you are doing awesome. I promise it does get really fun.Tanyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07208245568713685074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-86249176971689820362008-05-18T18:12:00.000-05:002008-05-18T18:12:00.000-05:00Laughing about these. And really, from any pics you've posted of yourself, I really can't imagine you have that much weight to lose. In Cleveland during the summer time we would have our windows open. The birds would wake Nash up every morning between 5:30am and 6:00am. I would get so mad, but it was just too dang hot to leave them shut, and too dang expensive to pay for the coolers all night. Agghhhh!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10298378417266507125noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-66289181175165116572008-05-18T14:31:00.000-05:002008-05-18T14:31:00.000-05:00Being in the east with so many trees is wonderful,...Being in the east with so many trees is wonderful, but with it comes the many, many birds. It cracks me up... I mean, really? Ours situation is a bit different since one is a boy and one is a girl and they are a bit different in size, but not 9 months.Tyler Jorgensonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09468900265457764148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-73034737713898172362008-05-18T00:30:00.000-05:002008-05-18T00:30:00.000-05:00Well, you may be totally frustrated, but you provi...Well, you may be totally frustrated, but you provide the needed daily laugh that I do not get often enough. A great hearty laugh is good to go to bed on at 11:30 p.m.

I heard our birds this morning when I brought in the Wall Street Journal. I was glad I keep my windows totally closed. It is wonderful though at dusk to go sit on the balcony and listen to them chirping -- but I'm with you on the morning thing.

Affectionately, your mother,
Carolyn
Still miss those darlings dearly, and all of you. xoxoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7024898625983696302.post-40045894195384420062008-05-17T22:49:00.000-05:002008-05-17T22:49:00.000-05:00You should see Failure to Launch.
